Light Reflectors

What is the best light reflects to use an your walls in your grow room? Would shinny film be better or would just simply painting the room white be sufficient. Grow four plants at a time in three stages of growth. With a 400 watt MH for growth,400 HPS for bloom, and 4 T5 for starters. Please comment and let me know your opinion.

Reflected light is generally not of sufficient intensity to stimulate significant photosynthetic activity. It's kinda like trying to get better gas mileage by keeping your window closed - no big whoopity-do...
