The question needed to be. Is this proof that it killed his cancer or not?

If not have Bill lock him up and charge him.

I would love to see the def. witness list!

He never said as the chief medical officer of the state I need to see if its true.

If a drug company just found a new plant in the rain forrest you bet.

Please don't misunderstand my intent.

 

He has been under the treatment of a major medical center in Detroit for twenty five years.

 

His medical records weigh 85 pounds. There is a rubbermaid cart with wheels that his records are transported in.

 

His doctors WANT to testify.

 

What is so important about this case is how very very well it's documented.

 

That news program was far to short to bring in all the proof.

 

I contacted the medical marijuana program in Lansing to ask who I could introduce Mike to.

 

The response is that they aren't interested and such things were not their responsibility.

 

I asked them, "who do I show the proof to?" Lansing never answered.

 

So now I'm asking senators and congressmen if any of them wish to meet this patient and his doctors.

 

And none of them has replied.

Another aspect of this case is that it is cannabis preparations alone.

 

No chemo/radiation .. He has not used any of their medicine for the last three years.

 

Most cancer cases have the patient using standard medicine along with cannabis.

In those cases, the doctors think the chemo did good. And ignore the cannabis part.

 

Another patient, that Rick Simpson recommended to us, involves the same kind of cancer (I believe).

In that case the cancer has spread into her internal organs. Including her brain.

 

CT scans have confirmed that the cancer tumors in her brain are shrinking.

 

Mike sent a sample to a relative in CA. Same kind of skin cancer. It is shrinking also.

 

This isn't a isolated case. It is simply the best documented.

It was on the top of his head. Confirmed cancer that is now gone.

If he were to sign his health power of atty. to ?

then say he is stopping all mm treatment. enter sub. abuse center?

Could his power of atty. introduse evidence that stopping would harm him?

Would that put the information on record? would the courts have to listen then?

For most of us the medical/government system is irrelevant. For us staying alive is more important.

 

I say "us." I have bladder cancer.

 

We will do what seems to be the most likely to keep us alive.

 

Taking away our medicine is attempted murder.
