Are we prepared for this? What are our options? Have they accepted the case yet? The only thing I can think of is another ballot initiative. And for a side note we need to can COA judges that went against us. I'll expand later

I was wondering today about this, I was wondering about the grandfather laws would this fall under that if the do change the laws or will that not work? just wondering I don't want it to change and I love to be a caregiver for people and help them have a better quality of life

Unfortunately, this report was in conflict to Richard Nixon's plan to declare "war on drugs". Understand that this war must continue so that all the contractors can make money and dam the citizens. Sad that our politicians can't figure a way to govern in a non war environment.That is why the current legislature wants to increase the current State Police budget. The more regulations you have the more enforcement you will need. Marihuana is the easiest target. They don't even want industrial hemp but thats another story.

What the original drafters of the law meant by it is irrelevant. What the judge that allowed it to be put on the ballot think of it is irrelevant. What matters is how the people that voted on the law interpret the law. Nothing else. That is why it is so hard to prove what the law means.
