c2288420
Was anyone else aware that the state is in thePain & Symptom Management business? How ironic that they have a web site dedicated to Pain & Symptom Management, acknowledge that chronic pain exists, however when it comes to us, we have to provide volumes of support documentation.Interestingly, they are sponsoring a conferenceThird Annual Pain & Palliative Care Assembly, Friday, September 16, 2011 among issues they are discussing is how to prevent addiction to prescription drugs for pain management. I wonder if Medical Marihuana will be allowed to be discussed as an option. If I had the money I would attend. Maybe some information could be distributed before and after the event? The Bureau of Health Professions regulates our program and health professionals in Michigan who are licensed or registered. I bet that they are not 6 months behind on first applications and two months on renewals!!! This is according to there web site as of this posting date, LARA Peace and regards, Edited September 13, 2011 by c2288420
