Hydro To Soil

Hello, I have 4 plants from a hydro start and put them in soil... what should i expect...two were about 10 inches tall and has roots at lease the same length...the other the same...I did trim a little off of the roots on that one...thanx

The one and only time i tried this it failed horribly the shock was too much for the lemon kush ladies.

use promix and perilite 50/50. water every day then wean down

Doing a transfer from water to soil has never worked for me, best of luck. Let us know if it works for ya! j.b.

It's all about the P.h.

going to dirt-- u need to ph down your water and slowly work them up to the 6.5-7.0 of most dirt.

 

Coming from dirt same thing, u start them in water at a ph close to the dirt they came from. Then work your way down to nominal hydro ph of 5.6-6.1. I like 5.8-5.9--

That's a lot of roots. When I go from bubble-cloner to soil I don't like the roots to be much more than an inch. That means transplanting while they are still cutting size.

going from cloner to soil is easy just make sure your using a mix that has no nut's in it and it will work fine.. done it thousands of times never had a problem....
