i don't even really understand the question, as in i'm not familiar with what websites you are even referring too?

 

and regardless, the question of shipping anything to anywhere is entirely inappropriate... for this context & website. so much so, that this thread should just be binned. if you don't understand that, then you are missing the point of what we are attempting to do here... to the op, that is. ;-)

plenty of sites sell seeds, you can have shipped in, IF they get past customs. depending on your country that alone could be an offense issueing imprisonment.

 

 

other than that, the only option is Illegal and Extremely risky and i wouldnt suggest it.
