Yes. That is a story about the court ruling we've been talking about.

Exactly WHO decides what is acceptable within the federal CSA was decided in 2006. One year after the Reich case they like to quote.

This case looks closely at that exact question.

And the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that it is NOT the DEA that determines what is acceptable.

Ok I thought this was the case. Question............does this make the OWPD in reference to Marijuana null and void or does this have to go through the COA to become binding law?

Would Marinol cover that, in regards to thc?

Rest2, are we talking Federal or State? PB starts with state, but you are arguing the Federal...

State says medical use "OR" safety. There are no safety standards as no one is allowed to test it to set those standards. And no one has "accepted" them that the state has determined is in position to accept them, therefore in the state, there are no "accepted" safety standards" for it to be removed from a schedule 1....

Sativex is the plant derived version. Liking the theory though.

In the US, Sativex® is an investigational drug being developed as an adjunctive (additive) analgesic treatment for patients with advanced cancer whose persistent pain has not been adequately relieved by optimized treatment with strong opioids. The FDA has not approved Sativex® and the product is not available in the United States other than for use in FDA approved clinical trials.
