Ok I thought this was the case. Question............does this make the OWPD in reference to Marijuana null and void or does this have to go through the COA to become binding law?

Judges don't actually write laws. They make judgements based on law whether someone was breaking it or not. They can find a law invalid, but they can't write new laws. Meaning, a different judge could find differently until the legislators change the actual laws.

State says medical use "OR" safety. There are no safety standards as no one is allowed to test it to set those standards. And no one has "accepted" them that the state has determined is in position to accept them, therefore in the state, there are no "accepted" safety standards" for it to be removed from a schedule 1....
