I have seen were the IRS was allowing only 2 deductions to dispensaries in California, one was for the Marijuana itself and I think the other one was employee costs. So if the they are allowing deductions for cost of MMJ, every patient should be able to claim it on their tax return too but at 7.5% of your gross income their are not many people who can claim any medical deductions at all.
