Bull-bad opines that law enforcement returning unlawfully seized cannabis from a legal patient would be DELIVERY OF MARIJUANA which is (wait for it) prohibited under federal law.

This guy is lawless. :notfair: The top law enforcement official in our State is IGNORING THE LAW. :growl:

 

Recall is to good for him. They should find him guilty of violating the law and then put him in the general population (on pay-per-view). :lol:
