Correct, and they cannot seize your medicine, and if they do, they have to return it.

 

This Spring, they took my Meds and other items. Gave the used pipes and papers back, but not the Meds.

 

Said once it was in their possession, the couldn't give back meds. At one point stating Federal laws. Another time stating it was because that if they gave them back, and I crashed using it, I, or the people I crashed into, could sue them for distribution of a controlled substance.

 

I could have taken the whole thing into a jury trial, but didn't have the money to follow through with it. A 1/2 ounce wasn't worth the hassle, to me, or my family.
