Yup, that is the one. It was kind of old--2009... references the "recent" Ogden memo. Also interviews Marc Emery with some interesting slides. It was a worthwhile watch though. It touched on supply & demand, distribution, the growing medical and social acceptance, prohibition and enforcement.
