im pleading guilty soon. most of you know my story. i was a cg. someone that wasn't a patient was present during the raid with access to the tent i guess. So 4 felonies here I come in Oakland County. I'll let ya'll know my sentence when I can. Whatcha think I'm gonna do? The prosecuting attorney said the judge follows guidelines, which i think is 6 to 9 months for a first time offender. So is that really what I'm looking at?

We don't want the defendant to admit to anything here. But when you are trying to find out about your grow and your risks, you need to know there was more going on here than just a patient with an unlocked grow tent.
