Address On Card

I just sent in my renewal and I used a p.o. box address for my mailing address this time. Will The P.o. box address appear on my card or will the address on my drivers license be the address that appears on the card? I'm in fear of losing my personal card and my patients cards(3) and having a breach in security. I would much rather have the P.O. box address on there then my residential address.

I listed a PO box on my caregiver form too from what another caregiver told me it only contains your patient # name and the PO box # going that route .

Po box address will appear on your card.

How long did it take to get your caregiver cards? I have been waiting for quite some time. I know my card took 5 months to get sent to me. Just curious of how long everyone else's took.
