This whole drug problem could be fixed quite easily. The government only needs to do forced weekly drug testing of every man, women, and child in the United States and, if illegal drugs are found to have been used, punish the guilty by bringing financial and social ruin upon them...

 

 

or, we could end the prosecution of drug users and treat the conditions that cause them to turn to drugs in the first place.

 

In a civilized society, which option seems to make the most sense?
