Public Place?

I was just wondering...is inside your vehicle considered a "Public Place" as in "You may not smoke marihuana in any public place."

 

Is your yard a "public place"?

 

Is your tent or RV in a campground a "public place"?

 

 

Is a hotel room a "public place"?

Whoaa Bb, I don't think you are right and I REALLY don't think the MMMA prez needs to be opining such a prosecutor friendly interpretation of the law.

 

It says UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MARIJUANA also known as "impaired." Merely operating after smoking or being in a motor vehicle while smoking does NOT violate the act- IMHO.

 

There is a difference between smoking while driving down main street with the window down and torching up in the back seat behind your tinted windows...Main street is clearly not allowed (it is a public place) but your back seat is NOT public.

 

Just my thoughts.
