Veterans Group Needs Members

Recommended Posts

Our goal at VFFMI is to reach out to all veterans who have chosen to use Medical Marijuana to treat their medical issues in accordance with the State Laws of Michigan. This Organizations job is to promote better health for our members and Families.

We intend to do this through education and knowledge. By setting up a network of small groups to provide support to those close to home. With a larger state network to share our ideas and thoughts to promote positive family events and provide the resources and education vets need.

The goal of the VFFMI is to form local groups to mentor veterans in how to be responsible law abiding users of medical marijuana, The current state situation does not allow us to have an opinion on how to legally supply veterans with medicine. We ask that all members please follow the current laws of the state of Michigan.

We want to provide a complete plan to reduce the pain and improve the lives of our members and their Families. We can make life better for ourselves, We in the group are realizing the benefits of communication and friendships that will improve all of our lives.

Membership is free and participation is encouraged

Our temporary site is www.vetsforvets.webs.com

Hi Guys

To help clarify this group.

It is the same people who met in Clare at the VFW

I would like to thank them for their hospitality

and look forward to meeting there again.

We are not a political org, We are a group of vets helping each other.

The opoid drugs are "Satins Syrup". Thats our first cause to relieve the physical

pain, as pain leaves so does the need.

Topical solution is working now to help alleviate joint and back pain!

The next issue is PTSD we know that group support and friendships are

the start. Hence this group. We are all caretakers of each other.

We know thc is up and cbd is down as emotion,The exact amount of each is the question?

Science has shown what to do and how to do it.

There is a need for caregivers for vets not in MMJ alone but as paying jobs in health care.

There are programs to train volunteers about helping with PTSD. I am the first that needs education

in this. I as a non war vet its opened my eyes to the true scars war has left.

Our goal is to become non-profit, I started the site and am asking for any vet who

wants to help with it do so.I do not want to own it.

The other issue is help from groups and outside influences Please stay away we need no help.

Just vets wanting to help each other is all this is about.

We have decided that the rules of the VFW will be our guidelines. If you can donate to them will be the rule for now.We

can't accept any offers of help till after 501C anyway right?

Please understand its not to exclude its to protect, Any vet can join as a member. Limited members are for supporters

We will always accept everyone to add knowledge and care to the cause. But that no advertising is the policy.

We welcome input on how to make the site better,Its not a competing site to this one but a place for vets to go and meet each other.

Share our ideas and thoughts, form friendships,To have family gatherings where members are secure and eliminate the fear of groups.

We vets have the obligation to each other to have a peaceful life for ourselves and most importantly

our familys.

Thanks

Hi,

Yes we do wish to speak with the state gov.

The first issue will be why is there a cost to 100% service disabled vet.

VA is the primary doctor and judge as to disablement.

They can't give recs.,Why do they need a different doc to cert them?

It should be a check box item to the state as qualification and waive the fee.

Why are disabled vets getting charged for treatment? See New Mexico.
