Drug Crusader Charged With Obtaining Drugs By Fraud

Just came across an article in the Jan 27 issue of the Onaway Outlook about the Presque Isle county Prosecutor,

Head of the Huron Undercover Narcotics Team and board member of Dare.

 

He is charged with Obtaining prescription drugs from a health care provider by fraud.

And this guy graduated from Chico State! Seemed like he would have learned there were more effective natural occurring medicines than opiates.

Being in a position of power, prosecutor, he certainly knows the law, nail him to the cross. Maximum penalty just to show that he is not above the law. He would have nailed any one else that way.
