The difficulty with the cooperative bill is it will put pressure on supply for other models like the Farmers Market if a additional legal source isn't included . Nearly every situation would be non acceptable to Federal Policy . Supply dictates who survives and as many have discovered . We lost many of the dispensaries but gained many Farmers Markets in the past year . If we add coops now supply may become strained without a mechanism of increasing cultivation in some manner . I do believe the Farmers Market survives on merit and overhead requirements .

This may be a little off topic, but I am hoping that it will act as a stimulus for action.

After reading the above posts it came to mind that we can petition the courts with informative letters regarding the intent of the people.

Not being well versed in writing to those in positions of authority I refrain from such an approach. After all I do not wish to cause problems for my fellow patients.
