may we ask when you submitted? how many yrs has it been now? lol

They lost the caregiver attestation and the copy of my license. Let my patient know one week before the 21 days was up. So another few weeks added to what should have been the time everything was legal. Cashed the checks and stamp the paperwork pronto but since they didn't file it they lost the paperwork.

 

Let's apply for the job we would get it right the first time around and have those cards out within the time period. They need someone in that office who is either educated about MM or someone that uses it.
