Which state Do you think will be the 1st State in the United States to Full Out Legalize Cannabis? NOT Medical Legalization Flat out full 100% legal for everyone over the age of 18/21.

We just have to get it on the ballot and it will pass. The support I've seen here is amazing. Every time I go some place with my clip board I get ran over with folks wanting to sign. If we get this on the ballot this year I have no dought it will pass and pass in a huge way. Folks are more fed up then you think and will vote this in just to slap our state Gov't in the face.We get it to the voters and MICHIGAN will be the first.....

Unfortunately NONE of the above.

Even if a states citizens did vote this into law the feds (imo) would place such draconian sanctions on that state that the state would not allow/would overrule "the people" who spoke through the initiative process.

Hopefully we will be able to find out if I am right or wrong.

Unfortunately, I believe that I am correct...I do not think we have reached a critical mass on full legalization such as we have on MMJ...Time will tell.
