What's up mmma Freinds so i just got of the phone with DTW air port and The las vegas police Department And i have to say i'm very very Proud of the responsee i got from both state police...DTW told me aslong as i have a valid card and it's within the aloud limit they will let me fly...BUT they said it needs to be packaged correctly??? What dose that mean she said there is a specific way in the law it needs to be labled and packaged... i have never seen that any were can i get some input how should it be packaged?

 

Also Las vega LEO told me as long as i have a valid marijuana card and im within my wight limits that it's completly legal for me to have it there....

 

VEGAS HERE I COME.....

 

But what is the airport talking about when it comes to packaging ?

Idk anything about proper packaging it might be new procedure. When I went thru dtw I had it in a glass jar in my backpack no labels or anything. When they found it they called the local police and when they got there I was verified and sent on my way to my flight.

had that problem with pills in a weekly med minder. they had to be in original pharm containers with pharm labels. they might think we have dispensery labeling.

I would use multiple plastic baggies and not glass. There are med mj labels you can print off that look kinda like a pharm label. I would also only bring down with you what you can consume while there. Don't fly back with anything.

 

I thought that the only other states to recognize other states cards was Michigan and Rhode Island. Police can say whatever they want so please find out about the law in Nevada and them accepting other states cards.

 

I also think that bringing canna-oils and qwiso or BHO extracts is the best method. Buds look like buds on an X-Ray. A piece of hash formed into a disk with four holes made in it looks like a button and not hash on x-ray. ;)

what happens in VEGAS stays in VEGAS don't look for trouble and you won't find any. (so they say) bus boys got my friends set up in about ten min. must of had it right in the motel-casino. and flying across state lines with it is probably worse.

I would be careful and remember they have a real strict no driving with cannabis in your system law there . I read a horror story about a patient that drove in from California and was given a DUID . BTW have fun . I love the Red Rock Canyon Scenic drive and little western museum . Driving over Hoover Dam is cool too . Ps the lower link I think says 1 oz or less for their law and out of State uses a affirmative defense be careful . I couldn't find reciprocity anywhere I read . UPDATE OUT OF STATE INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT PROTECTED READ NORML .Stay in Michigan you will be safer remember in Clarke County your just a tourist and outsider . Law enforcement will seek to profit off you . .

I just flew to Phoenix last week, I called tsa they told me if they found anything they would refer it to the local airport police so i called them heard same thing something about proper transportation. I should of called back and got a better decription of what that ment. I packed 3 smaller glass jars about 2 zips into a brief case and then put that into a large duffle bag that i checked at the counter. I declared my medication with the agent that was checking me in. Was a first time experience for her she called tsa i heard her on the phone "yes he has paper work" yes i did have paper work but never showed her. She got off phone with tsa told me to have a seat and wait 20 min to see if tsa has a problem with my breifcase. Breifcase was locked and i had labels inside the jars with my patient number and stating that I was in complaince with the mi med mary j act. Longest wait of my life i waited for 30 min kept looking down the long hallways waiting for the goon squad that never came. On the way home i didnt bring any meds back but did ask at sky harbor air port what there policy was and was told baically the same thing.
