All beverages containing Caffeine must be locked in a steel box not accessible to the driver or passengers while being transported in a motor vehicle.

 

The Legislature has a bill in the works to control over the counter meads like Dimetap and sudafed, anything containing Ephedra, Ephedrine or Psuedoephedrine. They are trying to ban them in Michigan except with a prescription. I think the controls they have in place now are more than sufficient. They need to get their noses out of the publics business. it's all BS
