Here is the report issued by the state with an approximately $8.5 million balance. The expenditures doubled with NO cards being issued in a timely manner. As the report states 100% of the cards were not issued in a timely manner. How can you have an 8.5 million balance and not meet customer service demand? Now I understand the rush for the letters. What a bunch of crap!!!

i agree but should we just get are Doc's Rec. and they can keep them cards because it won't help anyone in court?

Timmah is correct. Anything over their costs goes into the general fund. Not to cool, but it is that way.
