Has Any One Else Gotten A New Number After Renewing This Time?

I got my new card about a month ago and it has a new patient number I sent my renewal in a month befor it expired.I was wondering if this happened to any one else?by them doing that they are making patients illegal for awhile because alot of leo doesent accept paper work just cards.

If you changed or dropped your caregiver at the same time you would have a different number for the second part.

 

I have never had a caregiver and never will I like growing I just cant understand why they did that to me.
