Can someone please educate me on how a place like this operates?

 

I am taking a brief hiatus from growing, and should I run out of patient supply, I am looking into other ways to get them medicine. I am a non-patient caregiver.

 

How is it that we still have dispensaries operating in Michigan?

 

Please do not flame this post, I have no affiliation with this place, actually just found out it existed, as I only live a couple miles away. I have not looked into dispensaries at all, nor have I ever been to one. A quick search on 3ma came up with no results.

Simply because they do not have the manpower to raid them all. It usually takes several months worth of investigation to gather all the evidence needed for a conviction. On top of which their are real drug dealers that they also have to investigate. A lot of police officers were laid-off over the last four years decreasing their numbers even more. Some are operating with the permission of local authorities which gives them a little bit of protection because the city/town police won't raid them.

Those people are just supposed to follow the law as it was written and find a registered caregiver to take care of their needs. Almost every "problem" we have with the law can be solved with a little creative thinking.
