I was trying to compile a list of the civil rights violations, actual and proposed, that have been imposed on medical cannabis patients in Michigan.

 

Can you add to this list?

 

- Medical records made public

- Driving privileges all but revoked

- Right to bear arms rescinded

- Doctor approved treatments overruled by government officials

- Right to jury trial rescinded

- Every favorable jury decision later overruled by COA

- Right to sue for rights violations rescinded

People have been denied employment and housing. Some cities and towns have ban mmj activity, even in residences. Some State universities have ban all mmj activity on campus.

Welcome to the 4th Reich, soon we will hear the sound of jack boots on the pavement. And will be forced to wear a patch denoting our status as social rejects.

The right to advertise services with qualifications for caregivers has been denied . As well as the system has been devised so as to create long waits until one receives access to the recommended medication inspite of immeadiate need unlike any other medical substances .

 

The right to some guidence from the State Agencies as to how to conduct proper behavior so as to be compliant in practice when attempting to meet the needs outlined in the Acts description of legal medical use .

 

The right to equal tax treatment under law for comparable activities . No sales tax ( prescribed medical items of necessity in Michigan ) , no expenses currently allowed pertaining to the cultivation and dispensing at the Federal Level creating a effective 100% tax schedule on gross revenues .

Local laws (in cities like Wyoming, MI) allow them to arrest and prosecute legal patients despite state legal protection and the fact that the city accepts state funding. If you're caught driving with MM in your vehicle in Wyoming, they treat you like a common thug, even if you have your card on you.
