Great article , on affordable supply our community was dealt a terrible blow when patient to patient for remuneration was ruled against and enforcement centered on transfers of any type . Patients were most understanding of others situations on affordabillity and the poorer ones who could least afford to were willing to help others for the price of gas and true expenses ...some a little more fortunate were willing to give it away but overtime the risk factor and other prohibition policies became overwhelming stopping the practice . It's hard to feel generous when you can't be sure your income will continue if found out , you have to worry about a DUID , and then corrupt officials do exist desiring to take what you have under forfieture even though your a legitamate patient thinking your covered under medical use just because they know you can't do anything about it and it keeps their task forces running . Any lawyer will tell you if they take less then $10,000 just forget it his costs will be that much regardless . After seeing the 16-0 court of appeals record against us can Citizens feel good about individual Judges with their local task forces controlling the forfeiture process when patients are involved ? Forfeiture was orginally to break up big cartels but now it is used against every Citizen even landlords who have no knowledge of drug activities of tennents and Grandparents who let a family member reside in their home . Prohibitionist policies are out of control in our Country undermining respect for officers and creating black market profits that make for increasingly powerful entities nobody can control when run by truly evil men and women . Otherwise another patient would more then likely just drop some cannabis off for you when they could no strings attached until you could provide for yourself and pay it forward .
