Did you know that your buddies over at ‘BigPharma.com’ are responsible for killing about 285 + U.S. citizens per day? That smokes the nearest competition on our race to the “grim reaper.” The scary thing is … we know that’s the subdued number, scaled back…Read more » Edited July 28, 2012 by knucklehead bob

Kevin
While I would certainly agree that their stats are likely skewed in some manner, we must also realize it is entirely impossible for any pill or gun harm anyone without human interaction. Education is key in both instances as it is the uneducated and careless that cause harm to themselves with either. An enemy as well as a friend is always of our own doing. What a person chooses to become toward others, is the measure returned to him. A man who is a friend will enjoy the company of many, and a man who is an enemy will contend with many more. As the worth of a tree is judged by the quality of its fruit, so is the worth of a man judged by the quality of his friendships. Each of us make the choice to be either treasure or trash in the hearts of others. Choose wisely Grasshopper. These are truths and they cannot be contested. Peace. I don't know, I have a friend that was shot by a turkey. Seriously. He shot it, it was laying there, he walked up leaned his gun against a tree and when he picked the turkey up it started flailing around, undid the safety, knocked the gun over and shot him. At least that's the way he and the two guys with him say it happened. He almost lost his arm over it. Fortunately the other two guys were there as he went into shock and they saved his life getting him out of the woods and to the ER. We still tease him about it though. How could you not? I don't want to come off sounding like I'm against someone's sexual proclivities. I'm just saying, the dude in Shawshank didn't want what he got.
