Federal Probation And Mmmp Card Possable?

Recommended Posts

The answer yes it is my nephew just got permission from his fed p.o. officer to use his mmmp card. I believe he maybe the first not sure anyone else no of the feds allowing this? His po officer sent him to one of there shrinks and the shrink agreed that medical mary j was better for him than the alternative the pain clinic. Its a small victory but ill take it.

P.S I actualy got caught medicating in my room at an indian casino, the old lady got all messed up, she wouldnt come back to room with me, so i left her butt in the lounge and told her im going to the room, next thing i know im sitting there with my vape medicating, i hear the door unlock and here comes 4 cops and my lady behind them, I litteraly had the whip in my mouth taking a hit when they came in, I thought it was just her, no need for cops we werent fighting lol, they say what is that, i say my medication, they say do you have a card, I say yes and so does she (hey she brought em), she said I wouldnt give her any of our money, (we done lost what we could afford to lose) leo asks me to open safe and give her , her money, I say its our money to pay bills on our house, leo says I dont care open the safe, (i had my cash and mm in there), I say Im not opening it w/o a search warrant, leo says we dont need one, I say well you best go get some one from the hotel to open safe because I will not w/o a search warrant, they called down stairs to see who the room was registered to, and it was registered to me, they left, took her with them, she comes back still drunk at 7am and starts bunny muffin with me, she calls cops again, they come and take her away, and i called for a ride and got the hell out of there, lmao!

Point being indian casinos are on their land which is considered fed land also and our cards are not good on indian land, but I dont see why the indians would enforce it, since they have been screwed worst than most by our governmetn!

Peace

Jim
