12 Plants Does That Include Clones?

I have questions about the law regarding the 12 plant limit .so does that mean i can grow 1mother plant and 11 flowering plants and 0 clones or are rooted clones not considered plants until they're a certain size?

State level has ridiculous definition.

 

But in general in comes down to intent. If you have 40 "cuttings" in cubes under a light, in Michigan they will likely call it a plant because of intent. No real defining cases about this issue yet.

 

Generally, just count em and be safe.

6 plants in flower, 4 in veg, 2 in clone chamber - manufacturing 12 plants.

yeah i just had a raid conducted on my house and a narcotics detective took my 24 cuttings in rockwool plugs that had zero rooting not even bumps and said that they counted as plants because they have a leaf structure.... before then i though they needed roots to be considered plants... i was wrong.

sorry to hear it.

yah, mi law law has stem count; if it has a stem, it counts as '1'; federal law requires roots to count.

Actually it is your "intent to manufacture. Each cutting in plugs represented evidence you 'intended to manufacture 24 plants'.
