Great answer. Also, I think that Section 7 (e) All other acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act do not apply to the medical use of marijuana as provided for this act.

 

I think that the COA got it wrong, again and the MSC will correct them, again, that would be the ideal scenario if you ask me.

There is a huge difference between "travel" and driving. Driving is not a right. An antiquated quote from an old legal text won't change that.
