America's War On Drugs Sputters To An End

Recommended Posts

I'm going to make a bold prediction. America's War on Drugs is now officially over.

Oh, no one in Washington is going to make any sort of announcement to confirm this but take it from me -- our four-decades-old drug war strategy is now formally kaput. To be entirely honest, it has been sputtering along for years now accomplishing little and costing us upward of a trillion dollars.

Maybe a bit more accurate to say the war on Cannabis has entered a new era of controversy.

The Federal Governments long term victimization of its Citizens, based on inaccurate and flawed propaganda, must be addressed with a responsible dialogue .

While the original demonization had everything to do with the production of Fiber and Pulp, Natural and Renewable vs Synthetic and Sinister. That is where we pick up the ball. The people have spoken. Now they must get the right information. Cannabis is not a Narcotic. It's questonable if it is even a "drug". Maybe more like a beneficial nutrient.

Pharmacists* make Drugs and lots of money. Newspapers however have little use for Paper these days and the rest of the Media is pretty much controlled by Corpo-Interests* to promote their selfish agendas today.
