If my wife is a patient can she have her 2.5 OZ'S and can i have 2.5 OZ'S for her as her caregiver?

Yes. Your wife can have 2 1/2 as a patient, you can have 2 1/2 as a patient and you can have 2 1/2 as her caregiver. If you made her your CG, she can have another 2 1/2 as your caregiver for a total of 10 legal ounces.

Right. She's not supposed to have access to more than 2.5, as a patient that's not someone's caregiver.
