What if i transferred 1oz of mmj to a patient and in that same transfer he gave me 1gram plus money for the oz? That transfer benefited both patients in there medical use. Riddle me that batmen and batwomans.

 

If he wasn't your registered PT and you weren't his, then you both would have performed an illegal transaction. Very straight forward in accordance with the court ruling.

I have another question. What about section 3 k and section 4 j. How does a visitor gain anything from that. How can they get there mmj without transporting it across states without mmj laws? What about my question above too?

 

It's not up to the court to tell someone where to get their MMJ. It will have to be figured out by the visiting PT. While here, it seems he is protected while buying. The seller wouldn't be protected though.
