Per the Supreme Court ruling in McQueen, the only legal mmj transfers are from a caregiver to his patient- giving free cannabis, or sharing a joint, is now illegal. Is that what you thought the MMMA said, or is this a new interpretation?

In the end, it proved impossilbe to get past 4(d)(2). As much as I thought it was too vague, the Court thought otherwise. I lobbied hard for p2p, and accept the SC ruling as the estalbished law.
