Well, no recommendation in the sense that you don't need that LARA form filled out. But the doc does need to recommend use. The idea behind all of this is that you don't use until a doc has decided it would be beneficial. In other words there is more control exercised over medical marijuana than there is over tylenol. Clearly the law was set up to mirror some sort of a prescription-like process without formally requiring a prescription since a doc cannot technically prescribe marijuana.

If this is the kind of thing you are waiting for to finally get out of the system then you have false hopes that never will be seen. As long as you have been at this Bob, you definitely should know better than that.
