Do You Provide Safe Access For Your Patients?

Most of the safe access discussions that I see relate to access outside of the Pt/Cg relationship. I as a Cg, feel that I provide safe access for my patients.

but there are patients that have problems, new growers need help sometimes, and there are other gray areas. what about when your crop is trashed by one of a thousand possibilities? it would be nice to take care of things without breaking the law. and some of us want to have compassion for those who are waiting for their crop to come in. if it can be done in a lawful manor.

Allow a patient to keep plant and be their caregiver and teach them. :-) You can supply them for compensation until they get their crop in, and beyond if needed.

 

 

Two patients become each others CG. They can help each other as connected CG/PT's if needed.

 

The compassion clubs of old existed to facilitate these type of connections.

To me Safe Access is a term used to imply that the way that patients obtain meds is safer(or should be) safer then it would be if they had to rely on the Black market, I think the patient/CG relationship is a form of safe, or safer access. I have a patient who always talks about her last time picking up meds on the Black market, it was a shady situation and I'm pretty sure it scared her pretty bad... she always talks about how she never wants to have to get her meds off the Black market again, I think that's the main reason she registered.

I see some refer to safe access as in safe from pesticides, molds etc. Which I think alot of us know the safety record of marijuana.

 

 

Then I see some look at safe access as in the safety in the situation to aquire said medicine and that I understand.

 

Yes I provide safe access to my patients in ALL forms.

ok Im not going to say that is not a good way to do it, But I prefer the way im doing it, I have a c.g, ive pretty much had a c.g since the program started, or since i got into it!

 

so my 1st c.g wasnt good, I took my grow rites back, I didnt do anything for a while, but I know lots of people that have been growing along time, than I found a good c.g in my part of the state, we got to know each other, and I pretty much had to talk him into being my c.g at first!

well once he became my c.g me and my lady who is also a pt were doing just fine, there were times when I got the same thing over and over, It was great dont get me wrong, but I want a lil bit of a choice (variety) so I became my lady's c.g, and I kept my c.g! he has been such a great help to me, he did his job, he has been bugging me to grow my own since day one, well I finaly did w/o realy telling him at first, I got all the stuff I needed, and than when I was ready to get it set up to go, I mean grow lol! I told him, the first thing he asked me is if I wanted my grow rites back, I said heck no, im gonnna need your help for a while, but if you need to give em back fine, after we talked more, he decided I would be his best pt, I didnt expect a whole lot from him, other than to keep it going!

 

I realy think it is fishy looking for 2 pts to be each others c.g's, I see nothing wrong with me having a c.g as a pt and being a c.g for another pt, that pt can be a c.g to as many pts (not more than 5) as they want, but cant be my c.g!

 

That would kinda be like me being my lady's c.g and her being mine and living in the same house, im sure we would need 2 seperate rooms for it, and we prob have it, but heck i cant get her to check mine out when I have to be gone a few days,

 

I like the idea of being a pt/c.g but not have my pt being my c.g, I dont think that is gonna fly, their may not be a law against it right now, but you never know what is gonna happen next in this mm world in MI
