The recent Supreme Court ruling has greatly restricted many patients' access to meds. Grow it yourself or get it from your caregiver, have become the section 4 options.

If a patient that has no caregiver (or even a caregiver) is now arrested for having too much medicine on hand, I would think their section 8 defense may now be stronger. Couldn't a lawyer argue that the amount of usable cannabis that a patient needs to maintain an uninterrupted supply could logically be greater now that there are fewer places to turn in an emergency? Any thoughts?

I cant speak for LEO but if I was in trouble for amounts I would make sure that every single tiny stem and leaf was removed from the plant before the final weigh. Wasn't their a case that was dismissed because the method of weighing was in question?
