I called my politicians, i called lara, i really spent all day n night reading this crap....i dont think it applies but for the sake of my mom and brother id like to know b4 they are left out in cold with no meds.

i have have two felonies for breaking and entering from 1996.

they are over 10 years old , i believe you are OK 10 year sunset on no violent felonies

I believe B and E is considered that there was a potential for someone to be physically hurt so it is violent.

It is only the specific classification of "Assaultive Crimes" as ilisted. Those are exactly what crimes are verbotten. "Assault" would need to be connected to the B&E.

Thank you for the help..... as per the norm with this program...lara, my reps etc can offer no help, but to assure me the on line community is wrong. yet they offered no help, really asked no specifics, just "oh your fine"....and "dont listen to the online people" lol I mean she really said that.
