Summary of the 43rd Meeting of the OAS in Guatemala, June 4-6 2013 ...

Me :

This is an open unadulterated profesionaly pleaded demand to recognize the value of human rights and the ultimate costs of the US Failed "Drug" Strategy.

 The US resonse: Wait till 2015-16 and oh any more meetings is on YOU!  

 

 

 

Also under protest not to recognize the last meeting of the OAS by Nicaragua and Uruguay because Cuba was not included as a member of the OAS as previously requested.

 

And in a significant show of unity  for the OAS the Presidents of Mexico and Columbia did not attend! {imo}
