the SCOTUS just said that non-citizens can't be deported for transfers without remuneration. given the amount of discretion they have, it seems like DC judges are more favorable to non-citizens, than michigan judges are towards in-state patients.

Thanks for the report/post i heard about this earlier and it only makes us more happier that we got a deal of a life time out of Oakland County 

i have been telling people for over 4 +  years about our case i say We where Lucky when they ask

 

At first they don't understand how we could think like that after being in court for so long i say because of the MMMA supported us right from day one they came over to our home within 12 hours to help
