A group of caregivers are working together and one has died. What is the time frame to move everything around (plants, meds, patients) to stay out of trouble with he state?

but i'll tell you my guess. cops would arrest you in one second if you were over one plant, one seedling, one gram.

cut em down or pass them to patients.

 

just imagine telling the cop 'these 12 plants are mine, but those 12 plants there are the guy who died'.

i'm sure they'll believe that one.

Sorry for the loss but there isn't any protection for a group of CGs to work together.  So there isn't a good answer to your question.

I would NOT call LARA and ask them anything about that situation. You would most likely get a response like *-" and what was your name and card number again?????? ".

i meant ask lara what to do about a patients' plants that you were cg of, who has died. and how long you had to get rid of them.

 

its still legal to ask hypothetical questions, i hope.

Sorry for your loss, but I would say immediate.

Common sense says person passes away then plants die to, no one to care for them legally.

Pass off dry meds to patients and destroy the living plants.
