On the MJ death issue......... The MJ itself does not cause ANY deaths....... The deaths that occur are from the black market and most raids on storefronts does nothing but strenghthen that statistic and the black market. If you want to talk about the amount of police presence stopping crime just remember back to the article that the Detroit police put out about how entering the city would be at your own risk because they did not have the resources to protect you.
