I am converting my 600 watt veg cabinet into a 1k sea of green setup its a pretty cool device you can run two hoods  off of one ballast 12 hours on one hood then a timer switches lamps and the next hood runs 12 hours as well its much cheaper than buying another 1000 watt ballast and simplistic to set up took me 5 minutes I had to move my ballast to the opposite wall but essentially it was plug and play .

Well I overestimated my abilities in the cabinet no way can it handle 1k mid to high 90s at the top of the canopy so I ordered a dimmable 1k until the cold months set in so I can dial it down for the time being.

Yah it has been hot, but up until this last week the nights have been cool. Need an ac?

No I have one I can swap into the room if need be once the cool weather hits ill be pulling that cool air through the hoods in both rooms with a 8 inch inline fan.
