I'm all for that. Vipsassna meditation has allowed me to become more conscious of my sensations. Equanimity is where it's at, or so they tell me.  

 

For those of us who aren't quite zen as often as we'd like, this is a highly accessible life hack. It's been repeated proven, is free, and requires nothing more than to become conscious of your posture, and possibly change it for two minutes.

Vivo, I've been a meditator for many years and have done a number of ten day Vipassana meditations both here in Michigan and elsewhere. 

 

Anytime we become more aware of our bodies and the things our mind is doing, the better off we are.

I agree completely. 

 

I've been through a couple ten day courses. It's been five or six years since my last. I don't meditate as much as I should, but I'm content with my progress.
