I haven't seen anything published on it being in cannabis, but it is associated with chlorophyll so I wouldn't doubt it. That would mean that in addition to the acidic forms of cannabinoids being COX enzyme inhibitors, so is this. c-Phycocyanin is also found in algae, seaweed, and other sources. You can purchase pills of it. The link you posted is from a company that sells it. (edit: I looked but was unable to find a paper that has identified c-Phycocyanin in cannabis.)
