Of course there is a safe place for patients who do not grow or that do grow but need help; from their registered caregiver who is allowed to assist 5 such patients.

Ta'daa

Excess usable marijuana possessed by a caregiver should be burned and/or given away to the said caregivers 5 registered patients with whom he/she is connected through the state registry program.

So says the wisdom of the MMMA...

(except the burning and giving. Just using common sense.)

There is no difference between receiving a "donation" for MMJ and selling MMJ.  Somewhere along the line, someone thought it would be cute to use the term, "donation," and unfortunately, a lot of people seemed to think that if they call it a "donation" rather than a "sale" that somehow it makes a difference.  It does not.

A Compassion Club holds monthly meetings in a public place such as a library or hall. They help patients and caregivers meet each other. They help people learn about growing, and medical use of marijuana, including various methods of ingestion and the differences between them, different processing methods, etc. They help people to understand the law and how to effectively use marijuana as medicine without risking arrest. For the members, they are generally the primary and trusted source of news and information about medical marijuana in general, frequently to cross check other less-trusted information.

From there, every club is different. Some have guests or speakers, and some have live tutorials. Just having the support network really helps some patients.

i can agree to this i feel the safest at a Library knowing there is no Cannabis their and having support from others does help me also

Where did that happen?  They've shut down some dispensaries using "compassion club" in their name, but so far I don't know of any patient support group being shut down.

Well I know it was one of their games they played like in  year two of the law and it slips my mind right now but at least one or two of the clubs got notices if I am  not mistaken at the very least a threat was made out of the Attorney generals office that he didn't like the idea of people being allowed to medicate there .
