I see a couple of things wrong with this video. They make several logical fallacies, one being Argumentum ad Misericordiam. Their presentation was based on their emotions and not facts, except those that promote their own agenda. The defendant had every right to have her own attorney and it appears she didn't take that opportunity. They didn't address that state's law on this matter and whether the doctor had a legal obligation to report it. This doesn't have anything to do with the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program.
