Moldy Leafs "usable"?

I think I have exhausted all of my Sec 8 cases, it really depends on the lawyer,Dr,judge,County,Prong 1,2,3, $$$,PA and charges "Shall be dismissed"... And yes in the courts eyes "Moldy leafs" are usable.. Unless there wet and dripping bacteria then you need a scientist to show the courts that he wouldn't recommend using them, then the courts may just argue that HE wouldn't suggest it. Whata mess!

I used to dry my garden scraps in a screened bin for my worms to eat later. thank you, I wont do that anymore.

Nothing has gone anywhere, I just figured the PA will try and say there usable, but we know there not. Next court date is TBD. Please, continue feeding the worms! I will not hold onto a rediculos amount anymore is all.

I feed them fresh. but I always had a screened bucket of dried scraps next to the bin for "treats'. they mostly eat rootballs,  but they beg at the feeder bins for dried crushed fan leaves. Now they're gonna get my rolling tray/drying rack scraps instead ! those weigh ounces, rather than pounds....whew// wtf was I thinking

I wouldn't use moldy leaves for anything BUT compost.
