I am new to this state and it's laws on Medical dispensaries, I was wondering are they legal, what are the requirements to opening one? Where could I find this information?

Medical marijuana dispensaries are currently illegal in Michigan.

adrian disps just got raided by dea. dea arrested the landlord also,, a defense atty who clientele who served other disps, both as def atty and as supplier of meds.

dea searched his house, where they found a grow.

state tolerates disps in some localities (detroit, lansing, aa) but eventually dea takes down all...aaaaalllllllll.

poor or gambling to lose all they scraped together, tries elsewhere, in a game of how-long-can-we-stay-in-biz-before-we-hit-prison...will we get out before the dea gets us??
